Mechanical

 Check the fans. All components should be moving freely with no signs of binding or damages.

 Verify that the condensate line is flowing freely.

 Verify the chilled water supply temperature for cooling unit.

Electrical

 Before checking the electrical connections shut off and lock out the power to the cooling unit.

 Inspect the electrical panel for tight connections and overheated connections from loose contact

terminals.

 Confirm the incoming main power matches the requirement’s listed on the cooling unit’s nameplate.

The measurement should be within 10% of the nameplate listing.
